To qualify for our team you need knowledge of:

  • Residential air conditioning, condenser, coil, line sets, PVC, properly charge units by super heat / Sub Cooling.
  • Duct work, condensers using refrigerant, evaporator coils etc.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Residential heating systems, forced air.
  • Indoor Air Quality products, Air Cleaners, Humidifiers, UV lights.
  • Providing an AWESOME customer experience.

And you must:

  • Follow defined installation procedures according to company instruction.
  • Perform start-up of new equipment and verify correct operation
  • Supervise assistant Installation technician and manage job progress. (Lead installer)
  • Understand that quality workmanship and customer education is job one.
  • Work weekends and On Call.
  • Have reliable transportation and a good driving record and background check
  • Lead Installation from start to finish.
  • Know how to make plenums and transitions.
  • Knows some light commercial service and installation.
  • Boiler knowledge a plus.
  • Be on time, reliable, dependable and be able to work alone or with a team.
  • Lift over 50lbs and push, pull or carry heavy objects.
  • EPA Certification a must.
