With roots dating back 100 years, THE Air Conditioning and Heating Company built its reputation by providing expert air conditioning and heating maintenance, repairs and installations throughout Chicagoland’s western suburbs. For nearly 30 years, CEO Ray Grimm has overseen the business’ expansion, and now he offers a total company reinvention with A.W.E. Air. Water. Energy.
Designed to address a homeowner’s complete interior environment, A.W.E. provides Humidification and electrical services in addition to heating and air conditioning services. With one call, A.W.E. offers a trusted source that can provide all maintenance and installation needs affecting a home’s air, water and energy. Fortified with world class frontline service, NATE‐certified technicians, licensed electricians attend to the demands of an entire home’s vital systems.
To achieve the expansion in service, Grimm purchased Hansen Mechanical and Humidification and added licensed electricians to the team that serves an increasing roster of homeowners throughout five Chicagoland counties. Currently, A.W.E. employs over 40 people and dispatches 35 vehicles from its 11,000 square‐foot facility.
All combined, the changes strategically enhance a company striding confidently towards its next century of service.
