AWE Air, Water, and Energy are undeniably the BEST in their industry! We have been in this house for decades and dealt with some dishonest sales and repair people in the past in this business. But AWE changed my mind in believing that all the people in the business are dishonest. I have used AWE to replace our A/C a year and a half ago and am very happy and satisfied with everyone at AWE. Again, I hired them to replace our Furnace Heating last Friday. Everything was a breeze and everyone was professional from their Customer Service, Sales/Repair, Jim to Installation/Andrew and Paul. After completing the satisfaction form left with me the other day when my new furnace and water heater were installed, I decided I needed more room to tell you how happy I am with everything. (Your form is enclosed with this letter.)

First, the sales experience with Chris Kalinowsky was very pleasant and informative. He took the time to view my complete air duct system and was able to recommend a furnace that would work better for my situation. I had one (corner) room that’s always very cold in winter. He said that the new furnace would help with that, and he was right! The room in question is now much-more comfortable during cold weather.

Also, I was really happy with the guys who installed my new furnace and water heater. It was a pleasure to have them in my home; and, after they had finished, I was amazed at the work they did. Their skills as both electricians and plumbers are top notch, and I’m in AWE of the work they did.

In addition, I’m extremely happy with the equipment, itself. I love the furnace warranty–especially the twenty-year warranty on the heat exchanger. Also, I really like that the water heater was made in America. Before deciding to buy a new water heater, I had looked at some models at the “Energy Star” website, and I remember Bradford White was at the top of the recommendations. I remember thinking how nice it would be to have one of those, and that’s what you ended up giving me!

The purpose of this letter is to convey our sincere thanks and appreciation to Adam, Greg and Randy for their outstanding help with our plumbing and furnace needs.

It is a pleasure to contact your company and hear friendly voices that always answer phones promptly. Also, we are so impressed with the quality of work and care your technicians performed. We had a kitchen and bathroom faucet replaced on October 12th. Greg was extremely careful as to not cause damage to our kitchen sink and returned the next day promptly to complete the job. Our kitchen sink was a bit of a challenge. Another plumber arrives to assist Greg whose name I believe is Shane. My sister and I are so happy with our new faucets.

Also on October 12th Adam performed routine maintenance on our furnace and installed a condensation pump to prevent leaks in our furnace area. As always, Adam did an outstanding job for us.

On October 13th, Randy installed our new humidifier and replaced a UV bulb. Randy was so pleasant and explained everything we need to know about its operation. Your Employees have in common a commitment to excellence that is reflected in the work they do. We so appreciate this level of service.

I would like to thank you for your amazing service. On December 31, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. I called you to report that my furnace was not working. Your service technician was in my house by 11 a.m.and it was determined by 11:10 a.m. that we needed a new furnace – ON NEW YEAR”S EVE! The sales representative was here in an hour and the new furnace and its installers were in my home by 2 p.m. ON NEW YEAR”S EVE!!!! After 35 years of dealing with this company we were in AWE. The installers were delightful and so courteous, in spite of it being a holiday. I warned my guests that were coming for dinner that it was going to be cold here for a little while. We sat down for dinner at 8 pm and the new furnace was turned on at 8:20. AMAZING! I never would have believed that we could get that kind of prompt, efficient and pleasant service on a holiday.
