To qualify for our team you need knowledge of:
- Residential HVAC systems, including maintenance, installation, and repair (HVAC Technician & Lead Installer)
- Educating clients and closing sales (Lead Generator)
- Providing an AWESOME customer experience.
And you must:
- Follow defined procedures according to company instruction.
- Understand that quality workmanship and customer education is job one.
- Work weekends and On Call.
- Have reliable transportation and a good driving record and background check
- Be on time, reliable, dependable and be able to work alone or with a team.
- Lift over 50lbs and push, pull or carry heavy objects. (Does not apply to Lead Generator)
